When we are experiencing Trauma Spirit we feel a chronic state of confusion, a significant loss in meaning in one self, humanity or a loss of faith. It is common to also feel a loss of time or feel not our age.
Experiencing a sense of Self through mindfulness practices, existential healing, understanding our different aspects of self, and deep brain healing, such as when we connect to our own healing intelligence, we can heal. This process is often facilitated by approaches called Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting. We can find clarity, integration and profound healing.
We take the safety and well-being of our clients seriously. We have implemented strict safety measures in response to COVID-19, including regular cleaning and disinfecting, mandatory masks, and social distancing measures.
